The assumed high-level path a user would take to accomplish a goal.
Purpose
- Identify key pages of the website
- Identify how users are likely to navigate through the site (What are the regular entry points? What pages are necessary for task completion?)
- Identify user needs for specific pages (What questions must be answered on each page?)
- Inform the sitemap, workflows, and wireframes
