Scenario
Design
An illustrated story of how the future product will be used, usually in a storyboard or comic format. A scenario takes a concept and shows how, and why, someone would use it.
Purpose
- Help bring a concept or design idea to life
- Demonstrate the real benefit of the product to the user
- Prioritize user needs and consequently design efforts
